In 2011 the band took the decision to look at extending and renovating the current bandroom in
Queens Street, Castletown which they have occupied for well over 60 years. The plan is to build a single storey extension on the side of the building, the old Temperance Hall, and then to renovate the inside, repairing and damp-proofing the walls, installing a false ceiling and central heating.

29/06/2012 Bandroom Extension
Work has now started on the extension to the bandroom. The excavator has been in and started digging out for the foundations. We hope to have some pictures soon.
Latest on the fund raising, we have now sold 271 bricks.
